Our Story

Since 2016, I have had the desire to blog and write for the good and the glory of God. He continues to pursue my heart, working the soils of my own heart, to put in the work to weed and remove the obstacles in my way. I am excited to see the harvest He will bring in this space as I follow in obedience of faith to do what I feel Him calling me to in this season.

My name is Jessica. I am a fourth grade teacher, turned stay at home mom who loves Jesus and desires to lead people to love Him, too. I am married to my middle school sweetheart, Jeremy and we have four precious children. Our story to become parents is one that lit my testimony of God’s faithfulness on fire. A seven year road of infertility that tried and tested the deepest desires of our hearts to become parents and a baby boy at the end of those seven years that is a reminder to me everyday that God will finish what He started. When we fully and completely lay down our life in surrender to His will, miracles happen and that’s exactly what I lived out in the course of those seven years. He is faithful. He is good. Today I am more grateful for seven years walking a road I never imagined because it gave me a window into the goodness of God that changes the course of our life.. for His glory! Jeremy and I are now the parents of four beautiful children and revel in the wonders of God’s incredible mercy over our journey to be parents! His faithfulness sits at the center of our story. As my journey through motherhood continues to unfold, I am reminded daily of His grace and His love through my own sanctification in this season. God is good - in the highs and lows - and I pray that as my heart is stirred to draw nearer to Him, He will use my life as a vessel - not to sing of who I am but to always sing only of who He is.

May He draw us nearer to see Him more clearer, My prayer is that this space offers Hope in motherhood.

May His grace find you always!

From seed to sanctification, preparing the soils of our soul with God’s word through intentional prayer and steadfast Bible study to see the fulfillment of Gods promises in our lives and the lives of those around us.
